Tasted at NMWL Trondheim’s Closed Disitilleries 27 April 2006.
Yet another Signatory Rosebank from the same date (it’s my fourth), even this is ex-bourbon cask, but it has now reached 13 years.
Nose: Paint! Ordinary Jotun 07 indoor wall paint. Adding water reveals grass, green apple and apple pie made with tart apples.
Palate: Malt, alchohol, wood, apple.
Comments: Ok dram, boring for a Rosebank.
