Mikkeller It’s Alight
Nose: Fruity, a little camphory
Palate: Bitter aftertaste, buit not a lot more.
Comments: Doesn’t live up to expectations…
St. Peter’s Fruit Beer – Grapefruit (4.7%)
Nose: Very clear fruity note, quite obvious grapefruit.
Palate: Grapefruit, hop-bitterness (though come to think of it it might just be grapefruit-bitterness), a malty note, which may be sweetness rather than malt as such.
Comments: Fresh, pleasant. I imagine this would work well in summer, might have to retest.
